Required Participant Documents

All coaches are required to submit a Coaches Code of Conduct prior to participation. Every individual planning on playing on your team(s) must fill out a waiver.


All team officials who may interact with any persons under the age of 18 should be SafeSport Certified annually (recommended for soccer).
