We are asking all referees who plan to work in the winter leagues to attend this meeeting (whether you are a new referee or currently officiating in our leagues).

We ask that all all incidences that include the following, that this form be filled out and emailed to director@nhsportsmanagement.com with 24 hours:

- All coach cards, all red cards, any spectator confrontations, or anything felt necessary to share with our team.

We take referee abuse very seriously. It sounds cliche, but, "if you see something, (please) say something". Referees, coaches, and spectators may fill out this form if you were a witness to referee abuse.
